Takaki Matoba

After graduating from university, Takaki joined Sony Corporation.
As the marketer for Sony products and PlayStation, he was responsible for marketing strategies and promotional activities for both hardware and software across Japan and Asia. During the PlayStation 4 launch, he served as Brand Director, overseeing overall branding and promotion of the product.

He then joined Netflix Japan as Marketing & Creative Manager, leading the launch of the Japanese business, Netflix’s brand strategy, and marketing and creative production for movies, dramas, and anime.

In 2018, inspired to create a company he wished existed, he founded LampTokyo Inc.
As a Marketing/Creative Director acting as an external CMO, he provides integrated support for branding, marketing strategy, promotional initiatives, and creative planning for companies, products, and services.

Mitsunori Yoshino

Mitsunori Yoshino

After working at Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation), where he was responsible for sales planning and operational management of the online store, Yoshimoto became an account manager for overseas game publishers before joining Netflix in 2018.

At Netflix, he managed partner relations and project management for marketing campaigns of domestic films, dramas, and anime titles. Later, as a lead for the APAC team, he oversaw operations across teams in Tokyo, Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and India.

In 2021, he joined LampTokyo Inc. as Operations Director. Leveraging his extensive experience in content-rich entertainment environments and global team management, he now oversees the entire operational strategy and execution at the company.

Naomichi Araie

Araie Naomichi

After spending two years studying in Canada, Naomichi joined the video production company AOI Pro., where he worked as a production manager. He led end-to-end production for TV commercials and web movies, handling everything from planning to filming, editing, and final delivery for clients such as beverage and cosmetics brands.

In 2021, he joined LampTokyo Inc.
With a broad and flexible skill set, he supports marketing for products and services, promotions for musicians and idols, and even editorial writing—bringing strategic creativity to diverse projects.

Shunsuke Iwamoto

After four years of experience as a copywriter, Shunsuke joined VECKS, a video production company under the PR agency Vector Group, in 2018.
As a commercial planner, he developed creative strategies for a wide range of formats, including taxi ads for startups, TV commercials, web movies, and corporate videos.

In 2024, he joined LampTokyo Inc. as a Marketing / Creative Planner.
Drawing on his background in copywriting and video planning, he strives to create win-win-win creative concepts that benefit brands, businesses, and audiences alike.

Ami Kojima

After building a career as an esthetician in the beauty industry, Ami joined LampTokyo in 2024 with a strong desire to gain hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, and creative production.
She currently supports various marketing and creative projects while also handling a wide range of internal assistant responsibilities across the company.

Koichi Tokudome
Marketing Creative Planner

From Miyagi Prefecture. After graduating from university, he joined Dentsu, where he worked as a Business Producer. He was responsible for a wide range of integrated communications, including marketing strategy, promotion planning, creative production, and media planning for various brands.From 2022 to 2025, he served as a Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson and Mondelez Japan, driving significant growth in both sales and market share.

 

In 2025, he joined LampTokyo as a Marketing & Creative Planner.

 

 

Drawing on experience from both an advertising agency and an in-house brand team, he brings a dual perspective and a unique ability to move seamlessly between logical strategy and creative passion.

Ryota Ohashi

Ryota Ohashi

With nearly 20 years of experience at an event production company, Ryota has been involved in planning, producing, and managing a wide range of events including corporate promotional events, press conferences for media, lectures, and exhibitions.
He is well-versed in all aspects of event promotion and oversees LampTokyo’s event projects as a producer, managing everything from planning to operation.

Calm and composed in the face of any trouble, he combines a relaxed, easygoing nature with steady professionalism.

Hana Yoshimura
Data Analyst / Marketing Planner

Born in Saga Prefecture. After graduating from university, she worked in marketing in the entertainment industry and moved into SNS operations and digital advertising.Focusing on Instagram, she handles account analysis, report creation, campaign planning, and ad operations in an integrated manner.

 

In 2024, she joined LampTokyo as a partner analyst/planner.

 

With her strength in detailed data analysis and execution-oriented planning, she delivers practical, data-driven proposals that lead to results.

Miyu Sasaki
Digital Marketer / Web Designer

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture. Gained extensive experience in promotion, including planning and digital marketing, at an advertising agency and a music company.

 

Later became an independent digital marketer and web designer, supporting brand development through creative direction, social media management, and advertising strategy.Currently active across various projects, including corporate, regional, hotel, and food-related brands.

 

In 2024, she joined LampTokyo as a partner social operations manager.

 

With a deep interest in art and history, finds inspiration in the stories and culture woven into everyday life.

Yifei Yang
Marketing Manager

Originally from China. Joined Pony Canyon in 2016 as a new graduate, working primarily on promotion for TV anime and voice actor artists.

From 2018, spent five years at Netflix, focusing on publicity for original anime while also handling a wide range of film and content promotion. Joined HoYoverse in 2023 and engaged in PR for game titles.

Since going independent in 2024, he has specialized in promoting visual entertainment content, particularly in the fields of anime and games.

In 2025, joined LampTokyo as a Marketing Manager, serving as a promotion producer specializing in the anime field and leading marketing campaigns for various works.
As an avid anime fan, being able to work in a field I truly love is an unparalleled joy.

Kiyotaka Okamoto

Okamoto Kiyotaka

Born in Shimane Prefecture. After graduating from university, he studied under Mr. Jumsei Okumura. He has handled art direction and design for branding, advertising campaigns, logos, posters, packaging, signage, print materials, websites, and digital signage for various companies and shops.

In 2025, he joined LampTokyo as a Partner and Art Director.

Yuko Matsuoka

Born in Hyogo Prefecture. She began her career as an aquarist at an aquarium, where she was involved in various promotional operations, including sales, event planning, public relations, and design.

She later transitioned into a career as a web and graphic designer, working across both online and offline media. Her work spans website and landing page creation, banner and header design, as well as print materials and logo design.

In addition to her design work, she also serves as an instructor at web design and social media marketing schools. By combining her expertise in design, planning, PR, and social media management, she provides practical creative support tailored to real-world needs.

In 2025, she joined **LampTokyo** as a Partner and Web & Graphics Designer.

A devoted animal lover, she is also a mom designer living with three rescued cats.

Takuro Ogawa

Takuro worked on advertising photography at Azurei Inc. and Amana Inc.
He became a freelance photographer in 2014, specializing in still life photography while also producing images for advertising, catalogs, websites, and various other genres.

Though usually gentle and soft-spoken, he transforms into a commanding presence on set.

From Kumamoto, Japan. After completing graduate school, began a career as a writer and editor at an editorial production company specializing in web content. Primarily engaged in client work, contributing to the creation of a wide range of text-based content.
